About Bodies-in-Motion Dancewear

 

Bodies-in-Motion are a family run business that was established in 2007.

​

We aim to supply dancers with quality dancewear in-store or online.

​

Over the years our business has grown, thus allowing us to expand our range and brands of Dance, Gym and Leisure Wear.

We have an extensive range of dance wear available for dancers to choose from.

​

The range includes ballet leotards, skirts, tights, ballet shoes, pointe shoes, character shoe, dance sneakers, ballet accessories, ballet bags, ballroom shoes.

 

We also sell “made to measure” classical satin tutu’s. The custom made Classical Satin Ballet Tutu service allows the dancer and her parents to choose a beautifully made Tutu. These tutu’s have satin bodices, tiered net skirt and trim overlay. These Classical Satin Ballet Tutu’s are available in a a wide range of colours.

Lyrical, Tap and Modern costumes for shows and dance competitions, are also custom made, although we do keep a few in-stock.

We can also make “Freestyle” costumes for your competition.

 

We also stock a wide range of brand names which include :

Bloch, Capezio, Danskin, Grishko, Hectic, Katz Dancewear, Mondor, Roch Valley and So Danca.

We also specialize in Pointe Shoe fitting and pride ourselves in providing dancers, who may be just beginning Pointe work to professionals with the correct fitting Pointe shoe. We have fitted dancers with their Pointe Shoes from all over the United Kingdom, as well as fitting girls who have come from abroad whilst on holiday
